Bib and Tucker Double Char Bourbon Small Batch 6 year 750 ml

Bib & Tucker Double Char is a Tennessee bourbon that takes its cue from turn-of-the-century open-flame cooking. It is first aged six years in new white American oak, then finished for at least five more months in a second barrel that has been heavily charred and smoked.

That second char brings savory, smoky notes with a smooth finish. The nose offers a touch of smoke, toasted oak, dulce de leche, cinnamon and clove. The palate follows with vanilla, sugar maple, white smoke, sweet corn and toasted cinnamon, and the finish is medium to long with oak, smoke and vanilla.

A strong pick for fans of smoky flavors and a natural match for barbecue, whether sipped neat or stirred into an Old Fashioned.
