Beluga Transatlantic 750 ml

Beluga Transatlantic Racing is a special edition of Beluga's Russian vodka, created in honor of the Russian yachting team's racing campaigns on the Atlantic and in the Mediterranean. It comes from the Mariinsk Distillery in Siberia, where Beluga is made with artesian water drawn from a deep well and a malt spirit base.

The spirit is filtered through quartz, then through silver-enriched charcoal and finally natural cotton, and it rests for 45 days before bottling. Difford's Guide notes cracked black pepper, a hint of ripe strawberry and malty cereal on the nose, with clean pepper spice, a lightly creamy barley sweetness and a finish of pepper and brown bread.

Serve it well chilled and neat, or in a clean, spirit-forward martini.
