Basil Hayden Subtle Smoke Bourbon 750ml

Basil Hayden Subtle Smoke is a Kentucky straight bourbon made from the brand's high-rye mash bill at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky. After aging, it spends six weeks finishing in toasted, lightly charred barrels that were filled with smoke from hickory chips.

The brand describes mellow smoke and vanilla on the nose, with caramel, apple and toasted hickory on the palate. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Sip it neat or use it in an Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
