Bardstown Discovery Series #10 750ml

Discovery Series #10 from Bardstown Bourbon Company showcases the distillery's blending program with five bourbons sourced from Kentucky, Georgia and Tennessee. The backbone is a 9-year-old Kentucky bourbon (62%), joined by a 13-year-old Kentucky bourbon (18%), a 10-year-old Georgia bourbon with wheat in the mash (10%), a 6-year-old high-rye Kentucky bourbon (8%), and a 10-year-old Tennessee bourbon (2%).

Bardstown describes toasted pecan, maple and baked cherry on the nose, a palate of vanilla cream, hazelnut and cocoa, and a long, spice-tinged finish.
