Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon Gift Set 750 ml

Balcones Distilling started in 2008 in a former welding shop in Waco, Texas, and has become one of the best-known names in Texas whisky. Texas Pot Still Bourbon is the distillery's approachable, everyday bourbon, and this gift set pairs it with a presentation ready for giving.

It's made from a four-grain mash bill of roasted blue corn, Texas wheat, Texas rye and malted barley, then aged 24 months in new charred barrels and bottled at 46% ABV. Balcones' tasting notes describe Honeycrisp apple, kettle corn and graham cracker on the nose, honey, sweet cream and candied pecans on the palate, and a soft, sweet finish with a tannic fade and lingering spice.

Pour it neat, over a rock, or in an Old Fashioned.
