Woodinville Port Cask Finished Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Woodinville Port Cask Finished Bourbon starts with the distillery’s straight bourbon from Washington State, then adds a finishing period in emptied port casks from Portugal’s Douro Valley. The additional maturation layers port-cask richness over the whiskey’s established bourbon character.

Baked plum and chocolate-covered cherry notes meet a rich texture and a lingering finish. Bottled at 45% ABV, or 90 proof, this 750ml bourbon is well suited to a neat pour, a large ice cube or a spirit-forward cocktail.
