Volando Joven Oaxaca 750 ml

Volando Mezcal Joven is made in small batches in Oaxaca from Agave angustifolia, the espadín agave behind most traditional mezcal. It's bottled as a joven, unaged, so the roasted agave and smoke come through clearly, and the brand designed it with cocktails in mind.

Expect bold florals on the nose followed by peppery spice, then a palate where those notes meet the classic smoky character of mezcal and a smooth, lingering finish. Try it in a mezcal Negroni or a smoky Margarita, or sip it neat.
