Virginia Distillery Co.'s Brewer's Coalition Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Cask Finish is a limited-edition American single malt from Lovingston, Virginia, made from 100% malted barley. It is aged over five years in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in barrels that held Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout, from a release of just twenty barrels. As a Bottled in Bond whiskey it is bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV).

Toasted grains, caramelized sugar, brown sugar, and black coffee on the nose, with honeyed sweetness and malted milk balls. The palate is nutty and roasty, with candied walnut, chocolate-covered espresso bean, and stout-like malt, and the finish is long and sweet with vanilla and roasted grain. Best neat or with a splash of water.
