Description
Veuve Clicquot Vintage Brut 2015 is a vintage Champagne blended from 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, with a portion of the wines aged in large oak casks. It spends extended time in the cellar before release.
Citrus aromas of orange, grapefruit, and lemon zest lead to a palate of biscuit, dried apricot, dates, toasted almonds, and honey-glazed hazelnuts. Serve chilled at 50–54°F as an aperitif or with roast poultry, seafood, or aged cheeses.
