Top Shelf Oak and Eden Wheat and Spire Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Wheat & Spire is a wheated bourbon from Oak & Eden of Dallas, Texas, made from a mash of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. After barrel aging, each bottle receives a five-inch spiral-cut piece of toasted French oak, called the Spire, which keeps finishing the whiskey in the bottle. It is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).

Sip it neat or use it in an Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
