The Illusionist Dry Gin 700 ml

The Illusionist Dry Gin is made by The Illusionist Distillery in Hohenbrunn, near Munich, Germany, from an organic wheat base and 16 botanicals including juniper, rosemary, lavender, chamomile, mace, licorice root and citrus peel. Butterfly pea flower, added after distillation, gives it a deep blue color that turns pink when mixed with tonic. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

The distillery describes rosemary, lavender and chamomile with bright citrus and a warm finish of mace and licorice.

Serve it in a gin and tonic to see the color change. 700 mL.
