The Butterfly Cannon Silver Cristalino 750 ml

The Butterfly Cannon Silver Cristalino is a crystal-clear tequila made from 7 to 8 year old blue agave. It rests in barrels for up to 30 days, then is charcoal filtered to strip the color while keeping a hint of oak.

The brand launched in 2021 from Biggar & Leith, the company of Elwyn Gladstone and Mark Teasdale, spirits veterans behind the launches of Hendrick's Gin and The Kraken. The name nods to the monarch butterfly's migration between the U.S. and Mexico, and the tequila was built with mixing in mind.

Expect a crisp, clean pour with citrus and fruit on the nose and cooked agave, citrus and a touch of oak on the palate. Try it in a Paloma or a margarita, or over ice.
