Tequila Cabal Charro Blanco 700ml

Tequila Cabal Blanco is made at Destiladora La Roca (NOM 1646) in Amatitán, Jalisco, from estate-grown blue Weber agave matured over six years. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, roller milled, open fermented with deep-well water and double distilled in steel and copper pot stills, with no additives. This bottling comes from the El Crucero II agave parcel and is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).

Expect baked agave and minerality with coconut and citrus, then banana, green apple and black pepper on a crisp finish. Sip it neat from a copita or make a classic margarita. 700 mL.
