Description
A limited-edition Black History Month bottle of Ten To One Caribbean Dark Rum, with label art by Brooklyn painter Devin B. Johnson. It is a blend of rums from Trinidad, Barbados, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic, aged in oak ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV). Ten To One is a Black-owned brand co-owned by founder Marc-Kwesi Farrell and singer Ciara, and a portion of proceeds from this edition supported the arts organization ARTNOIR.
Cooked fruit and baking spices on the nose, with banana, baked apple, roasted nuts, and toffee. The palate is savory and textured, with vanilla, cedar, baked apple, and banana bread, finishing dry and clean.
