Taittinger Brut 750ml

Taittinger Brut Réserve is the signature non-vintage Champagne of one of the great family-run houses in Champagne. It is the wine that best shows the Taittinger style: fresh, finely balanced and marked by a generous share of Chardonnay.

The blend is about 40% Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier making up the rest. It is aged for at least three years in the house's historic cellars before release, well beyond the legal minimum for non-vintage Champagne, building depth and a fine, persistent mousse.

Expect aromas of fresh fruit and brioche, with hints of peach, white flowers and vanilla pod. The palate is lively and fresh on entry, with flavors of fruit and honey and a delicate, elegant finish. It is a classic aperitif and pairs beautifully with oysters, sushi and light seafood dishes.
