Starborough Starlite 2021 750ml

Starborough Starlite is a lower-alcohol Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, on the northeastern tip of New Zealand's South Island. It is made to keep the region's bright, aromatic style at 9% ABV, lighter than a standard-strength Sauvignon Blanc.

Expect tropical citrus, grapefruit, lime and fresh lemongrass, with a crisp, dry finish.

Serve well chilled with salads, goat cheese, shellfish or light grilled fish. 750 mL.
