Solento Organic Raicilla 375ml

Solento Raicilla is made by Solento with La Reina Raicilla, a Jalisco producer founded by Ana Elizabeth López. It is distilled from wild-harvested Agave maximiliana grown in the Sierra de Jalisco, in a traditional process that runs without electricity.

The producer lists notes of fresh pine, wild honey, roasted almond and light smoke.

Sip it neat at room temperature in a small glass. 375 mL.
