Smyrna Raki 5 Filtration 1L

Smyrna Raki 5 Filtration is a Turkish-style raki made from fresh Aegean grapes and Çeşme anise seed, distilled together in copper alembics. The spirit is then filtered five times through the distillery's own underground mineral water and bottled at 43% ABV.

Expect licorice, herbal and floral aromas, a dominant anise palate with a touch of sweetness, and a clean finish.

Serve in the traditional way with chilled water and ice, which turns it milky white, alongside meze or grilled fish. 1 L.
