Smithville Texas Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Smithville Texas Four Grain is a straight bourbon from Texas made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 15% wheat, 10% rye, and 5% malted barley. It is aged in new American oak and bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV).

Expect caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak on the nose, with sweet corn, soft wheat, and rye spice on the palate and a long, warming finish with baking spice. Good neat, on the rocks, or in an Old Fashioned.
