Seventy One Gin 700ml

Seventy One Gin was created by fashion photographer Mert Alas and is distilled with Queen of the Night cactus flowers, which bloom at night and wilt by dawn, along with rose petals, grapefruit peel, and classic gin botanicals. The gin is rested in oak casks for 71 nights and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Rich and aromatic, with notes of vanilla, toasted oak, tonka bean, and dark chocolate. Sip it over ice or use it in a Martini or Negroni.
