Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin 750ml

The Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin is a London dry gin from Outlander actor Sam Heughan, distilled at Crafty Distillery in Newton Stewart, Dumfries and Galloway. Its botanicals are foraged in the region and include Scottish juniper, heather, bramble leaf, Scots pine resin, wild crab apple, toasted oats, rhubarb, and blaeberry, and it is bottled at 84 proof (42% ABV).

Crab apple brings a citrus-like brightness, heather an earthy, herbal note, and toasted oats a creamy texture. Heughan's suggested serves are a gin and tonic with a slice of lemon, a martini, or a Negroni.
