Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne 750 ml

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay, the grape the Reims house is best known for. It is a pure expression of the variety, showing how elegant and fruit-forward an all-Chardonnay Champagne can be.

It pours a pale golden yellow with a fine mousse. The nose opens with fresh citrus, led by lime, before the palate moves into nectarine, apricot and cherry-plum, with a subtle toasty note underneath. The texture is supple, round and harmonious, finishing fresh and clean.

Serve chilled as an aperitif, or pair it with scallops, grilled white fish, sushi, or a plate of aged Comté. It also makes a memorable bottle to open for an anniversary or special dinner.
