PURASANGRE Blanco Fuerte 1L

Purasangre Blanco Fuerte is a higher-proof unaged tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco. At 87 proof it sits a step above standard 80-proof blancos, giving it more weight and a longer finish.

The agave is cooked in low-pressure autoclaves, milled, fermented in stainless steel and double distilled in copper pots using deep well water. Tasters on Tequila Matchmaker consistently point to cooked agave, black pepper, minerality and a touch of smoke, with supporting notes of honey, citrus, cinnamon, mint and baking spice.

The generous 1-liter bottle makes it a practical pick for Margaritas and Palomas, and it has the character to sip neat.
