Penelope Rose Cask Finish Bourbon 750ml

Penelope Rosé Cask Finish starts with the brand's Four Grain straight bourbon, a mash of 74% corn, 16% wheat, 7% rye and 3% malted barley, which is then finished in Grenache rosé wine casks from the Southern Rhône in France. It is a limited release bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV).

The producer describes candied fruit, cream and floral notes with a vanilla finish and hints of strawberry.

Sip it neat or on a large ice cube. 750 mL.
