Padró & Co. Rojo Amargo Vermouth 750ml

Padró and Co. Rojo Amargo is a Spanish red vermouth made in Bràfim, Tarragona. An initial infusion of mountain plants is followed by two years in chestnut barrels, then a second infusion of local bark and roots gives the vermouth its distinctive bitter character.

Ripe orange peel, cinnamon, clove and dried apricot aromas lead into a full palate of citrus, bitter botanicals and honeyed caramel. Bottled at 18% ABV in a 750ml format, it is excellent over ice with orange peel or as the vermouth component in a Negroni. Refrigerate after opening.
