New Riff Single Barrel Rye is a straight rye whiskey from New Riff Distilling in Newport, Kentucky. The mash is 95% rye and 5% malted rye, aged about four years. Each bottle comes from a single barrel and is bottled at barrel proof without chill filtration, so the proof varies from barrel to barrel.

Expect brown sugar, rye spice, cherry and caramel. Sip it neat or with a splash of water, or stir it into a Manhattan. 750 mL.
