Description
Mommenpop Meyer Lemonpop is a California wine aperitif from Mommenpop, the Napa company started by winemaker Samantha Sheehan. Organic Meyer lemons from a single farm in Sebastopol are macerated for several weeks in organically grown North Coast Chardonnay, which is then fortified with a Napa grape distillate.
Expect Meyer lemon, tarragon and vanilla with a light, balanced sweetness.
Serve over ice with tonic or sparkling wine as a spritz, or stir equal parts with gin for a martini. 750 mL.
