Mer Soleil Silver is an unoaked Chardonnay from Monterey County, California, made by Charlie Wagner of the Wagner family behind Caymus. It is fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and small concrete tanks and never sees oak, for a crisp, fruit-forward style.
Expect flavors of pear, apple and citrus zest with blossom and mineral notes.
Serve chilled with oysters, grilled fish or chicken salad. 750 mL.
