Manuscrito Chapter One Blanco Tequila 750ml

Manuscrito Chapter One is a single estate blanco tequila made at Destilería El Sabino in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco by master distiller Oscar Vázquez Camarena. Blue Weber agave harvested at six to eight years is roasted for 48 hours in brick ovens, fermented in open-air tanks with native yeast and agave fibers, and double distilled in copper pot stills. It is bottled unaged at 42.5% ABV.

Expect cooked agave, citrus zest and minerality. Sip it neat or use it in a margarita. 750 mL.
