Maison Louis Latour Volnay 2019 750ml

Maison Louis Latour Volnay 2019 is a red Burgundy made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils in the village of Volnay, in the Côte de Beaune. The vines average about 30 years old.

It is fermented traditionally in open vats and aged 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels from the Latour cooperage, 15% of them new. The producer notes mocha, liquorice, cherry and nutmeg.

Serve at 14 to 15°C with roast pork, veal or mature cheeses. 750 mL.
