Description
Amour d'Herout Cidre Brut is an organic Normandy cider from Maison Herout, a family cider house founded in 1946 in Auvers on the Cotentin peninsula. It is made from bittersweet apples without pasteurization or added sugar, rests three months in oak barrels, and is 4.5% ABV.
Systembolaget describes it as fruity with clear apple character and hints of straw, apricot and citrus peel.
Serve it chilled with crepes, cheese or roast pork. 330 mL.
