Description
Collection 243 is the multi-vintage brut Champagne from Louis Roederer, built on the 2018 harvest with 41% reserve wines, including a perpetual reserve begun in 2012 and a portion aged in oak. The blend is 42% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 18% Meunier, with a dosage of 8 g/L. 12.5% ABV.
Roederer notes mirabelle plum, lemon meringue, jasmine and a saline freshness.
Serve chilled as an aperitif or with roast chicken and seafood. 750ml.
