Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal 750ml

Doba-Yej is a joven mezcal from Los Siete Misterios, made from 100% Espadin agave in Oaxaca; the name is the Zapotec word for Espadin. The agave is roasted in earthen pits, crushed with a horse-drawn tahona and fermented in wooden vats with wild yeast. It is bottled at 44% ABV.

The nose shows lime, orange, baked apple and pear, cooked agave and light smoke.

Sip it neat or use it in a mezcal Margarita or Paloma. 750 mL.
