Leopold American Small Batch Gin 750 ml

Leopold Bros. American Small Batch Gin comes from the family-run distillery in Denver, Colorado. It starts with a column-distilled base of potatoes, wheat and floor-malted barley, and each botanical is distilled on its own in hybrid copper pot stills before the distillates are blended together.

The recipe uses six botanicals: juniper, Valencia orange, pomelo, coriander, cardamom and orris root. Expect soft juniper, coriander, orange peel and light baking spice on the nose, followed by citrusy, floral juniper with notes of rose petal, honeysuckle, orange blossom and white grapefruit. It is non-chill filtered and shines in a gin and tonic or a Tom Collins.
