Knob Creek Blenders Edition 750ml

Knob Creek Blender's Edition 01 is a limited sweet-profile Kentucky straight bourbon blended by Knob Creek's master distiller and blenders at the Jim Beam distillery. It is aged 10 years, made from a mash bill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, and bottled at 106 proof (53% ABV).

Knob Creek lists bold vanilla, light fruit, and caramel on the nose, sweet confectionery notes and vanilla bean on a full palate, and a velvety finish of vanilla and seasoned oak. Try it neat or in an Old Fashioned.
