Kaiyo The Rubi is a Japanese whisky from Kaiyo, the brand known for maturing its whisky in rare Japanese Mizunara oak. The Rubi takes its name and ruby hue from a finish in red wine casks, and it is bottled at 46% ABV.

Expect red berries, cherry and plum layered with Mizunara's signature sandalwood, incense and vanilla notes, finishing long and gently spiced. Enjoy neat or with a splash of water. 750ml.
