Description
Joseph Cartron Vermouth Rouge is a semi-sweet red vermouth made in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, France. The base is 100% Burgundy Pinot Noir, flavored with 21 botanicals including cinnamon, ginger, wormwood and Sichuan pepper, plus blackcurrant and black cherry. It is bottled at 17.5% ABV.
Importer notes mention blackcurrant, tart cherry and cacao.
Serve it over ice with a twist, or use it in a Manhattan or Negroni. 750 mL.
