James Gin Asian Parsnip 700 ml

Asian Parsnip is the first gin from former Top Gear presenter James May, made in the UK and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 700ml bottle. May built it around parsnip, paired with grains of paradise, rosemary, ginger, green cardamom, caraway, cubeb pepper, fenugreek, licorice root, and sweet orange alongside juniper, angelica, and coriander.

The parsnip brings a nutty, rooted character and the spices add warmth, with a light, lingering sweetness. Try it in a gin and tonic or a gin cocktail with rhubarb or ginger.
