Description
J. Hofstätter Weissburgunder Pinot Bianco 2018 is a white wine from the J. Hofstätter estate in Tramin, Alto Adige, in northern Italy. The grapes grow on light marl soils and are pressed gently right after harvest, then fermented at controlled temperatures and aged on fine lees before bottling.
The winery describes peach, apple and pear on the nose, a zesty palate and a light nutty finish.
Serve at 8 to 10 °C with appetizers or fish. 750 mL.
