Hiro Junmai Ginjo Sake 720ml

Hiro Junmai Ginjo, often called Hiro Blue, is a sake brewed in Niigata on the Murakami plain by Taiyo Shuzo, a brewery founded in 1635. It is made from Gohyakumangoku sake rice milled to 55% of its original size, and it is bottled at 15% ABV.

The sake is medium-bodied and slightly dry, with notes of pear, vanilla and white mushroom.

Serve it chilled or over ice with sushi, oysters or clams. 720 mL.
