Heavensake Junmai Ginjo 300ml

Heavensake Junmai Ginjo is a premium sake brewed by the Hakushika brewery in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, and blended by Regis Camus, the former Champagne cellar master behind the Heavensake project. It is made from Yamada Nishiki rice, combining base sakes milled to between 50% and 60%, and bottled at 15.5% ABV.

Expect jasmine, pear, white plum and a crisp, clean finish.

Serve it chilled in a wine glass or over ice alongside sushi or lighter dishes. 300 mL.
