Gray Whale Gin Cali Botanicals 750 ml

Gray Whale Gin is a California dry gin distilled seven times in Sonoma by Golden State Distillery and bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV). It uses six California botanicals along the path of the gray whale's Pacific migration: hand-zested limes from Temecula, wild-foraged juniper from Big Sur, fir from Sonoma, kombu sea kelp from the Mendocino coast, mint from Santa Cruz, and almonds from the Capay Valley. The brand supports Oceana and 1% for the Planet.

Citrus and juniper on the nose with a hint of coastal fir, then cool mint and earthy, savory kelp, finishing with a creamy almond note. Good in a gin and tonic or an Oceanside cocktail.
