Gothic Gin 750 ml

Gothic Gin is a California gin inspired by Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, where founder Chris Klug first tried gin making. It is made in the London dry style on a sweeter corn base spirit, distilled in a copper pot still, with botanicals including Tuscan juniper, coriander, Moroccan orris root, black Lampong peppercorn, Valencia orange peel, Polish angelica root, and Portuguese eucalyptus. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). It won Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

A smooth, sweet, creamy mouthfeel with balanced notes of orange peel and eucalyptus, plus juniper, spice, and black pepper. Excellent in a Dry Martini or Negroni, or neat over ice.
