Description
Gold Bar Double Casked is a straight bourbon made with a Texas based distillery partner from a mash bill of 80% Texas corn and 20% Oklahoma rye. It ages three to six years in new American oak, then finishes in former French oak wine barrels from Napa Valley. It is bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV).
Tasting notes include toffee, spicy rye, toasted cinnamon and cherry. Sip it neat or in an Old Fashioned. 750 mL.
