Giffard Cassis Noir de Bourgogne is a French blackcurrant liqueur built around the richly aromatic Noir de Bourgogne variety. Concentrated berry flavor and a balance of sweetness and tangy fruit make it a flavorful addition to a well-stocked cocktail cabinet.
