FEW Immortal Rye is made by FEW Spirits in Evanston, Illinois. It starts with FEW Straight Rye Whiskey, made from roughly 70% rye, 20% corn and 10% malted barley, which is brought down from cask strength with cold-steeped 8 Immortals Dancong oolong tea from The Tea Spot in Denver. Bottled at 93 proof, or 46.5% ABV.

The producer notes peach, honey and dragon fruit over rye spice.

Sip it neat or use it in a highball. 750 mL.
