Description
Elena Walch Pinot Grigio is an Alto Adige DOC white from the Elena Walch estate in northern Italy. Hand-harvested grapes from slopes between 250 and 900 meters are fermented cool in steel tanks and rested on fine lees, with no oak.
The winery notes ripe pear, white pepper and a touch of sage on a mineral, saline palate with crisp acidity.
Serve chilled as an aperitif or with grilled fish and pasta. 750 mL.
