Eden Mill Golf Gin (New Label) 700 ml

Eden Mill Golf Gin is a London Dry gin from Eden Mill in St Andrews, Scotland, distilled with gorse, heather, lavender, and Scottish kombu seaweed foraged from the Old Course. It is bottled at 84 proof (42% ABV) in a 700ml bottle, and the new label features an illustration of the Swilcan Bridge, a golf flag, and the gin's botanicals.

Crisp and classic, with a floral profile and a subtle salinity from the seaweed. Eden Mill suggests a light tonic garnished with blackberry and mint, and it also works well in a martini.
