Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin 750ml

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is made at PJ Rigney's Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, in the northwest of Ireland. It is distilled in hand-operated copper pot stills, combining eight botanicals in the pot with four more vapor-infused for extra freshness.

The signature ingredient is gunpowder green tea, joined by Irish meadowsweet, coriander, juniper, fresh citrus and spicy Eastern botanicals. The result is smooth and bright, with layers of fresh citrus up front, then subtle spice and the gentle, grassy depth of the tea.

It makes an excellent gin and tonic garnished with a wedge of red grapefruit, and it also works beautifully in a martini, where the tea and citrus notes come through clearly against a dry vermouth.
