Description
Petit Castel is the second red of Domaine du Castel, the Israeli winery in the Judean Hills. It is a kosher Bordeaux-style blend drawn from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, with proportions shifting by vintage.
The wine spends about 12 months in French oak barrels and a few months in concrete tanks before bottling.
Decant before serving and pair with grilled lamb or beef. 750 mL.
